Pair of 8-pound sandbag weights (up to 16 total lbs)
Evo Fit bags are designed to be combined with one another so that the 8 and 14 pound bags attached together gives you up to a 22 pound weight, and adding 8 or 14 pound bags to the 20 pound bag gives you up to 28 or 34 pound weights. They are designed to give you a range of possible weights depending on the amount of sand they contain. The optimal ranges are 5-8 pounds for the small (labeled 8 lb), 10-14 pounds for the medium (14 lb), and 15-20 pounds for the large (20 lb)
