Evo Fit Bags are designed to be combined with one another so that the 8 and 14 lb bags attached together gives you up to a 22 lb weight, and adding 8 or 14 lb bags to the 20 lb bag gives you up to 28 or 34 pound weights. They are designed to give you a range of possible weights depending on the amount of sand they contain. the optimal amounts are 5-8 pounds for the small (labelled 8 lb), 10-14 pounds for the medium (14 lb), and 15-20 pounds for the large (20 lb)

Filling Evo Fit bags with sand is easy!
Evo Fit sandbag weights are designed to be filled with regular "all purpose" sand that can be purchased at most home improvement stores for about $3.00 for a 50 pound bag. They are not designed to be used with any other type of filling and can be damaged and/or cause injury if filled with anything other than sand, due to potential extra weight or sharp edges.
